Read this list of some things your pharmacist may not be telling you and that may actually be harming your health and the health of loved ones. It makes you think about the phrase: If you don’t take care of yourself, no one else will.
Unfortunately, that addage is true sometimes. One great tip I got from this list is this: If your pharmacist doesn’t seem to have the time to help you with your questions (which they are supposed to do by law), then take your business elsewhere.

Naps are something that many of us do not have the luxury of enjoying often enough. This is unfortunate because naps are useful for resting the body, refreshing the mind, and for helping you reach creative solutions to problems.
