MetroPCS ZTE Essenze Prepaid Phone Review
MetroPCS recently release the ZTE Essenze cell phone for use with its prepaid deals. The phone is a basic and affordable cell phone--something that is very important to a lot of MetroPCS prepaid customers.
Part of the allure of prepaid plans is the savings you can get on your phone bills.

ZTE Essenze is a standard slider phone. Through the phone, users have easy access to MetroWeb, MetroPCS' proprietary web browser, and also email.
The phone has bluetooth and GPS for hands-free connectivity (and for finding your way when you're lost). Essenze is also equipped with a basic VGA camera for snapping shots on the go. The nifty (and cost-cutting) "walkie-talkie" feature is also available on this MetroPCS handset.
Essenze is being offered at $59, but the current $40 discount at the site brings the phone cost down to a mere $19.

Leading No-Contract Phone Plan Providers: Straight Talk, TracFone, and More
Over the past year or so a bunch of great cell phone plans have launched that have really changed the cell phone industry.
The biggest change we have seen is the gradual shift over to prepaid plans. Sure, prepaid phone plans have been around since we started using cell phones, but they have only become truly viable for the population at large in recent times.
A few years ago, prepaid phones were seen as "less than" or not as good as other plans. They were even seen as having something to do with illegal activity as characters on The Sopranos and other mafia movies would often speak on untraceable (since there is no contract) prepaid phones.
That has all changed. A weak economy with a lot of joblessness will jolt people out of their assumptions very quickly. The truth is that prepaid plans save people a lot of money.
Four of the top providers are TracFone, Straight Talk, MetroPCS, and Boost Mobile. Read a review of these wireless companies. Learn more about MetroPCS at MetroPCS.com.

Straight Talk’s Samsung Finesse Ups the Ante for Prepaid Provider
Rumors have been swirling around on the internet--at least in semi-nerdy cell phone circles--as to whether or not Straight Talk Wireless would be adding a touch screen smartphone to its phone options for use with its prepaid plans.
It's been revealed that the Samsung Finesse r810 is available for use with Straight Talk service--which is a great thing for those who like high end phones but want one of the best plans in the prepaid market. At $299, Samsung Finesse R810 is not cheap, but it may appeal to the segment of phone users who don't hesitate at dropping cash for a solid, fun, smartphone with a functional touch screen.
The Finesse R810 is similar to the iPhone in that it has a large color touch screen, but beyond that, there really is not much similarity. The phone uses EVDO technology for transferring data, so it is much faster than many of the other available Straight Talk cell phones.
Check Straight Talk's website for availability and special offers on this phone in your area. When you get to the site, in order to find more information about this phone, either use the search box at the upper right and type in "Samsung Finesse" or select the "Shop" button in the navigation bar at the top of the site and select "Phones."
