It is rumored that it will be a Nokia phone, much like the Nokia E71, which would be a welcome surprise since there are a lot of people who really like this model of phone. The basic plan gives you 1,000 minutes of talk for $30 per month.
The Straight Talk plans are very competitive and probably edge out the competition from MetroPCS, Virgin Mobile, and Verizon Unleashed. The Verizon plan only comes with three phones to choose from, whereas Straight Talk has about 15 to 20 depending on availability in your region. MetroPCS has some decent android phones, but nothing that is really very exciting. Straight Talk’s ZTE Merit is another exciting phone to be released in recent months.
