The iPhone 4 has unfortunately gotten off to a rocky start. Well…I guess you can’t really call it a rocky start since it is considered by some to be a massively successful product launch.

But then again, there are those pesky little problems with the iPhone 4 that have really started to piss off Apple heads and have taken a little bit of the sizzle out of the company.
Still, people are always willing to give Apple another chance–I mean, it ain’t easy being cool, and iPhone users seem to understand this.
The issue with the iphone 4 is reception. People have reported that when they hold the phone at a certain angle, the reception “bars” decrease in number. Apple claims that the software controlling this function is the source of the problem, not the phone’s actual reception.
The company claims that the iphone 4 has the best reception of any phone they have shipped. A free software update will roll out soon.
