What’s the deal with MetroPCS’ Unlimited prepaid phone plan for $40. Can the prepaid wireless company really provide unlimited talk, text, and web for $40 a month?

Obviously, this is a pretty good start at $40 a month. If you need even more services, you can get them relatively cheap from, as every $5 denomination gives you more and more flexibility.
