Wal-Mart has been carrying Straight Talk Wireless cell phones for at 6 or 7 months, but the superstore chain has yet to really promote Straight Talk and push it to its customers.
Straight Talk Wireless, which is owned by TracFone, has put commercials on the air and has done a lot of web promotion, but Wal-Mart has not yet put its full weight behind the cheap prepaid cell phone company.
Wal-Mart is going to start promoting the Straight Talk brand of affordable cell phones very soon, however, which should further help the company grab some of the prepaid market.
