See a couple videos of Motorola Backflip demonstrations from CES 2010 below in this post.
Motorola Backflip has a 3.1 touchscreen, a backward-folding full QWERTY keypad, and it’s an Android device. This phone is interesting because it has a trackpad for navigation on the back of the screen component, which looks at least somewhat useful, even though when you use it, you will not be looking at it.
To me, this phone feels a little “showy” and slightly awkward. I am somewhat attracted to the way you can physically configure the phone into several different positions, like the display-friendly table top mode, which reminds me a little bit of the Verizon Razzle phone.
What do you think about this device?
