A great website called Forvo purports to have every single word in the world pronounced by a native speaker.
The way it actually works is you can become a member and request to hear the proper pronunciation of a certain word and someone who speaks it may get back to you with a recording.
Forvo seems like a very cool site–at least an interesting idea. The main users would obviously be people studying new languages.
